Moringa also contains calcium and phosphorus, which help keep bones healthy and strong. It also helps reduce high blood pressure and treat diabetes. PM Modi eats this nutritious paratha twice a week and it plays a major role in keeping him fit and healthy.

Khichdi

PM Modi likes having Khichdi and it is a part of his staple diet. In various media interactions, he has revealed how much he loves having Gujarati khichdi as a part of his daily diet. As per reports he prefers having khichdi at night as it is light and easy to digest. Apart from Gujarati khichdi he also likes having Bhakri, Dal and vegetables without spices at night.

Early Breakfast And Light Dinner

PM Modi once revealed that he eats breakfast by 9 am. He usually includes seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to provide the body with the necessary nutrition.

Besides, he eats a light dinner which is mostly Gujarati vaghareli khichdi that is made using millets, lentils and Indian spices.

PM Modi is a vegetarian and observes various fasts including a 9-day Navratri fast. Despite that, he is always on the go because of his balanced diet which keeps him fit.

PM Modi swears by ‘yoga se hoga’ and it is a part of his daily routine. He starts his day with ‘Pancha tattva yoga’ where he performs several asanas that are associated with the five elements of nature. His yoga regime is for 40 minutes where he does Surya namaskar, meditation, pranayamas and yoga nidra. This helps him improve his physical, mental and emotional well-being.

As per reports, PM Modi’s sleep cycle is always disrupted and this may take a toll on his health. Hence, to prevent that, the PM once shared that he takes yoga Nidra to fight sleep deprivation and give ample rest to the body. This helps in revitalizing the body to get going while increasing his mental capacity.

Walking

PM Modi loves nature and no matter how little time he gets, he makes sure to spend some time with nature by walking barefoot on grass.
